What you are going to learn

A few more words about this course

Learning environments are often created without the input or experience of the most important stakeholders: the people they are intended to serve. As a result, they fail to identify and meet very real needs. Join us to engage with, explore, practice, and apply co-creating community agreements, a culturally responsive and restorative practice that gives voice to all learning community members. Our session first engages educators as learners in an immersive experience, then focuses on building a plan to bring community agreements home to engage with youth, colleagues and other key community members. This Deeper Learning by Doing® experience will energize CTE educators to move forward with new tools/strategies, artifacts of their experience, personal action steps, contacts for follow-on coaching - and greater confidence about advancing equity through innovation.
