Shared Purpose, Shared Work, Shared Joy: Cultivating Empathy & Creativity

How might we harness the power of shared purpose, shared work, and shared joy to nurture authentic connection and wellness that enables transformative change sin schools and communities? This engaging dinner and dialogue is designed for MAISD educators to explore the power of design thinking tools to cultivate empathy and creativity in their learning communities. Through discussion, reflection, and application, participants will experience shared purpose, shared work, and shared joy as we explore design thinking tools to help foster empathy, creativity, and stronger community. Educators will leave this session with four tools rooted in Deeper Learning by Doing (R) that they can use to foster empathy and creativity with their students.
