What you are going to learn

A few more words about this course

There are a total of 15 problems, 1 problem presented and solved each week using critical thinking skills while testing ideas and assumptions to back students' solutions.
  1. Teachers or Instructors present a problem on Monday
  2. Have Students break into random groups of 4-5
  3. Each week, let students work on solving the problem and presenting their group solutions every Friday

  • We recommend they pitch their solution in front of the room, and have 1 minute or less to share their solution.
  • We encourage that K-8 Teachers share feedback with one another and compare how their class solved the problems and compare differences between for example Grade K to Grade 8 results
